Lantz Towing had us hooked up and off of the side of the highway less than 30 minutes after my insurance company called them. The driver was not only prompt but extremely friendly and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend them with no reservations!!!
We broke down on vacation to the obx.We had 5 people with us.Lantzs sent a rollback that seats six and got us in with a local repair shop.They were at our location in 30 min and the truck they sent was top notch.My Mercedes was delivered damage free and the shop they sent us to had us back on the road at a reasonable price.I see why a couple of local people who stopped to try and help us gave us their number.Excellent service.They really made a bad day a lot better.
I want to take a moment to tell everyone about my experience with Lantz Towing. I was devastated when I was recently in a car accident. I'm single and elderly and had a lot of concerns and questions and no matter how many times I called or ask questions I was always treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. Had an accident with my Chrysler 300 & they arrived on the scene within 20 min which was truly exceptional, the driver handled my car with care & communicated with me about my car made me feel at ease considering the situation. I was blessed to have his assistance today with a car that had been abandoned in the field next to my house. It had expired tags and and expired inspection sticker and was presenting several code violations. It was returned to its rightful owner. I'd call on him again in a heartbeat!!
